 I am a business customer. Can I request a quote?

  • Of course, we would be happy to make you an offer. Send us an email (inf@batz-ergo.de ) or call us at 0163 9831954 We look forward to hearing from you.

 Can I see and test the products in the store?

  • You can buy our products primarily online. If you are unsure, you can also arrange a consultation with us in the sales office in Neusäß-Vogelsang or test products such as the swopper without obligation. Please feel free to contact us about this!

 How long is the warranty on the products?

  • ELIOT = 3 years warranty
  • AERIS products = 3 years warranty
  • Lights = 1 year

 

Order

What does the ordering process look like?

  • You make a binding offer when you have completed the online ordering process by entering the data requested there and click the Complete Order button in the last order step. The order confirmation does not represent acceptance of the offer, but informs you that we have received your order. A purchase contract is only concluded when we have sent you an order confirmation.

 How and where do I redeem my voucher code?

  • Once you are in the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button. You can then redeem your voucher code in the discount field.

 My voucher code doesn't work! Why?

  • Some vouchers are only valid for certain products. Also note the validity period. You can also redeem 1 voucher per order. The voucher codes cannot be combined.

Can I choose the delivery and billing addresses flexibly?

  • Yes, you can enter different billing and delivery addresses individually.

 Which payment methods are available to me?

  • You can currently pay with PayPal, advance payment or bank transfer. Payment upon collection is also possible in some cases. Just ask us about it.

How much are my shipping costs?

  • We generally deliver free of charge within Germany. This means that the goods must be delivered to your front door, but not to your apartment door.

    Surcharge for shipping to Austria (from 1 table) +€30,00

 How long does delivery usually take?

  • You will receive the exact delivery date with the order confirmation. You can also find our delivery times in the respective product description.

How can I change my order?

Can I still change my delivery address?
  • We can only change your delivery address if the goods are not yet on their way to you. Please call us as soon as possible on 0163 9831954 or 08238 4746, or send us an email to info@batz-ergo.de

 Shipping & Delivery

How do I return my order?

  • You can cancel your order within 14 days and return it at your own expense. Please contact us before returning the item.

 Is the return free of charge?

  • You can cancel and return our products within 14 days. Please make sure that you cancel as described in our ( To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached Sample cancellation form use, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired."

When will I get my money back?

  • The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the goods using the same method as the payment was received.

My goods have obvious defects when I receive them. How can I complain?

  • Report the defects to us immediately (without undue delay) after receiving the goods. Hidden defects can be reported within one week of their discovery. Simply send us an email (info@batz-ergo.de) or call us at 0163 9831954.
